As the team expands, we seek an experienced IT Manager to help build, maintain and support the continually evolving information and communication systems infrastructure and cloud SASS and Data solutions.

Role Responsibilities
- Supervising daily operations of network, security and cloud infrastructure
- Aligning IT infrastructure with current and future business requirements and goals
- Managing IT budgets, forecast, handling cash flow and enforcing cost-effectiveness
- Evaluating risk, developing network recovery and backup processes
- Oversee IT vendor selection and management, including hardware, software, networking, and telecommunications
- Support the company’s administrative functions, including purchasing and inventory control
- Support custom software development and quality assurance
- Assuring that IT activities are within the limits of applicable laws, codes and regulations
- Testing, troubleshooting and adjusting information systems to operate effectively
- Implementing security of the network, data and its storage and communication systems
- Providing end user training and support ensuring prompt resolution to issues
- Maintaining exemplary documentation, training material, asset registers and data standards
- Mentoring team members to follow IT standards and guidelines

Skills and Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in IT support and management with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Apple & Microsoft certified engineer
- Apple Business Manager, MDM and centralised application deployment and maintenance
- Demonstrable IT project management experience
- Knowledge of relevant IT standards and practices
- Knowledge of IT strategy development including network, application, and infrastructure planning
- Knowledge of hardware and software infrastructure systems
- Coordinating installations, upgrades, and maintenance
- Skills to understand and oversee code development
- Ability to proactively identify, prioritise and solve problems logically and autonomously (e.g. troubleshooting, root cause analysis, remediations).
- Experience in managing Microsoft environments including: SharePoint, Dynamics, SQL Server, Office 365, Power Platform, Azure
- Dynamic, flexible, and well organized with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Woking well within a busy team environment
